Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Browser View Definition Dialog Box

Use this procedure to display the Browser View Definition dialog box.

To display the Browser View Definition dialog box:

  1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in any view.
  2. In the Manage menu group of the Tools tab, click Browser Views.
  3. In the Browser Views dialog box, take one of the following actions:
    • Click New, enter a name for the browser view, and click OK.
    • Select an existing browser view, and click Copy or Edit.
