Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display Relationships in Bar Data Mode

Use this procedure to display relationships in the barchart view while in Bar Data mode.

To display relationships in the barchart view while in Bar Data Mode:

  1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in barchart view.
  2. Take one of the following actions:
    • In the Barchart group of the View tab, click Preferences.
    • Right-click the barchart, and click Preferences on the shortcut menu.
  3. In the Barchart Preferences dialog box, click Show Relationships, and click OK.
