Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display Different Calendars in a Calendar File

Use the Calendars dialog box to display different calendars in a calendar file.

To display different calendars in a calendar file:

  1. In Open Plan Explorer, display a calendar.
  2. Take one of the following actions:
    • On the Edit tab, click Calendars.
    • Right-click the calendar display, and click Calendars on the context menu.
  3. In the Calendars dialog box, select the calendar you want to display, and click Select.
