Define Access Rights to a Baseline

Use this procedure to define the access rights to a baseline.

Note: You must be the owner of the baseline or have SYSADMIN rights to define access rights to it.

To define the access rights to a baseline:

1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, display a project in any view.
2. On the Processes tab, select Baselines from the Dialogs menu group.
3. In the Baselines dialog box, select a baseline and then click Access Control.
4. In the Baseline Access Control dialog box, assign access rights to the baseline.
5. When finished, click OK.

You can also display the Baselines dialog box by clicking Select Baseline on the Summary tab of the Project Properties dialog box.
