Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Customize Barchart Display Options

Use this procedure to customize display options

To customize display options:

  1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in barchart view.
  2. Take one of the following actions:
    • In the Barchart group of the View tab, click Preferences.
    • Right-click an empty area in the barchart, and click Preferences on the context menu.
  3. In the Barchart Preferences dialog box, enter the information for the display options.
  4. When your changes are complete, click OK.
