Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Create a New Multiproject

Use this procedure to create a multiproject using the New File dialog box.

To create a multiproject:

  1. In the Projects folder of Open Plan Explorer, right-click a project and then click Create Multi-project on the shortcut menu.
  2. In the New File dialog box, enter a name and description.
    Project is automatically selected for the File Type, and the field is disabled.
  3. Click Next to start the New File Wizard.
  4. Complete the pages of the wizard as necessary.
    The External Subproject page is the sixth page of the wizard where you select external subprojects to include in the new project. For more information, see New File Wizard.
  5. Click OK.
