Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Copy a Baseline

Use this procedure to copy a baseline.

To copy a baseline:

  1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, display a project in any view.
  2. On the Processes tab, select Baselines from the Dialogs menu group.
  3. In the Baselines dialog box, select the baseline you want to copy and then click Copy.
  4. In the Copy Baseline dialog box, enter a new name and description for the baseline, if necessary, and then click OK.

You can also display the Baselines dialog box by clicking Select Baseline on the Summary tab of the Project Properties dialog box.

Note: If you rename the baseline copy to the name of an existing baseline, Open Plan displays the Overwrite Existing Baseline dialog box. Click OK to overwrite the existing baseline.
