Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Zone Attributes Dialog Box

Use the fields and options to configure the Zone Attributes dialog box.

Field Description
Criterion

Changes in this field trigger the appearance of a zone header in the view. You can designate a calculated field as a zoning criterion.

Heading Field

The heading field specifies the field displayed by Open Plan in the zone header. For example, if you use a code field as a zoning criterion, you might use the code description for the heading field.

Font

The font to be used for the heading field. By clicking the ellipsis button, you can display the Font dialog box where you can change the font attributes for the selected zone heading.

Color

The color to be used for the text in the heading field. Clicking the down arrow in this field displays a Color dialog box that you can use to select a color. The Color dialog box offers a choice of 70 standard colors.

You can define custom colors using an enhanced version of the Color dialog box accessed from the Color tab of the Options dialog box.
