Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Select Activity Dialog Box

Use this fields and buttons to configure the Select Activity dialog box.

Field Description
Select Activity

Expand or collapse an item from the hierarchical tree of activities and then select a target activity.

Note: This field does not have a label. The "Select Activity" label is used only for documentation purposes.

Buttons

The table below provides information about the buttons in this dialog box.

Button Description
OK After you select the activity, click this button to display the selected activity in the corresponding column or field. Clicking this button also closes the Select Activity dialog box.
Cancel Click this button to close the Select Activity dialog box without saving any changes.
Find Click this button to search for data using filters that you enter in the Find Dialog box.
Find Next Click this button to initiate another search using the same filters used in the previous search.
Expand All Click this button to expand all nodes in the Select Activity dialog box.
Help Click this button to display the Open Plan help topic.
