Contents of the Resource Selection Dialog Box

Use the fields and options to configure the Resource Selection dialog box.

Field	Description
All Resource categories	If you select this option, Open Plan does not limit the display of available resources to those with a specific resource category. All resource categories are displayed.
Labor	This option limits the list of resources to those defined as Labor in the Class field on the General tab of the Resource Details dialog box.
Material	This option limits the list of resources to those defined as Material in the Class field on the General tab of the Resource Details dialog box.
Other Direct Costs	This option limits the list of resources to those defined as Other Direct Costs in the Category field on the General tab of the Resource Details dialog box.
Subcontract	This option limits the list of resources to those defined as Subcontract in the Category field on the General tab of the Resource Details dialog box.
Skills	This option limits the list to those skills defined for the resource file in the Skills dialog box.

Buttons

The table below provides information about the buttons in this dialog box.

Button	Description
OK	Click this button to mark the selected resource(s) for inclusion.
Cancel	Click this button (before clicking OK) to close  the dialog box without selecting any resources.
Find	Click this button to display the Find dialog box that you can use to find a resource with a specified ID or description.
Find Next	Once you have located a resource using the Find button, click the Find Next button to locate the next resource that meets the same search criteria.
Expand All	Click this button to fully expand the resource hierarchy. You can selectively expand portions of the hierarchy by clicking the appropriate icon.
Help	Click this button to display this Help topic.
