Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Print Dialog Box

Use the fields and options to configure the Print dialog box.

Printer

You can select a default printer as well as a specific printer for a report.

To set advanced options for your output device, click Properties. The options that can be set using this dialog box depend on the device type.

Print Range

Field Description
All

Prints all pages of a view or report. If the view is too large to be displayed on one page, Open Plan divides it into pages and prints all the pages.

Pages

Prints a range of pages you select.

Selection

This option is not supported in Open Plan.

Depending on your installation of Windows and your default printer, this dialog box may also feature additional controls such as the following:

  • A Print Quality field that controls the print resolution to be used.
  • A Copies field that controls the number of copies of the view Open Plan should print.
  • A Collate option that controls whether Open Plan should collate the reports being printed.
  • A Setup button that displays a dialog box where you can specify the printer you want to use as well as any options that are specific to your printer driver.
