Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Views Tab

Use the fields and options to configure the Options dialog box Views tab.

Field Description
Grid

The top half of the Views tab is a grid that lists the views that will automatically be assigned when a new project is created.

Views

Click this button to access the Select Standard Views dialog box that you can use to add or remove views from the grid.

Default Startup View

Select a view from this list to instruct Open Plan to display that view by default whenever the project is opened.
