Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.
    Ex.system administration

Contents of the Codes Tab

Use the fields and options to configure the Options dialog box Codes tab.

Field Description
[Text Box]

This text box displays the following information about each currently assigned code file:

  • Code field to which the code file is assigned
  • Prompt associated with the code file
  • Code file name
Ellipsis Button

Click this button to access the Assign Code dialog box that you can use to assign code files to code fields and to specify a prompt for each code file.
