  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Use the fields and options to configure the Options dialog box.

The Options dialog box contains the following tabs:

Field Description
General

Use this tab to specify whether certain features should be enabled and to set options such as language and week start days.

Edit

Use this tab to specify options for activity dialog boxes and how Open Plan should synchronize modeless dialog boxes with views.

Project

Use this tab to set certain project defaults.

Views

Use this tab to specify views that should automatically be assigned to new projects.

Codes

Use this tab to specify project-level code files that Open Plan should automatically assign to all projects.

Color

Use this tab to specify theme colors.

Email

Use this tab to configure email alerts to use either MAPI or SMTP to transmit email.

Mentor

Use this tab to add checks that ensure all users are working with the most reliable data.

Integration

Use this tab to select whether to prefix the Work Package (WP) ID with the Control Account (CA) ID when creating an Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) file during the Schedule Data Export process.

Advanced

Use this tab to specify predefined options that you want to enable.
