Field

Description

User ID

This field displays a list of all the users currently logged into the Open Plan data source. Select a user to display files that the user has open. When you display the Logged-In User dialog box, the default user depends on the following: If you display the Logged-In User dialog box from the hierarchical pane, the default user is the first user in the list of users. If you display the dialog box for a specific user in the contents pane, that user is automatically selected in the User ID field.

Grid

• Opened File: This column displays the name of the open file.
• File Type: This column displays the open file type (for example, project, calendar, resource, or code).
• Machine ID: This column displays the computer from which the file was opened.
• Opened On: This column displays the date and time the file was opened.
• Open Mode: This column displays the access mode in which the file was opened (for example, exclusive, shared, or read-only).

Field	Description
Close Files	Click this button to close a file you selected in the grid. Use SHIFT+click or CTRL+click to select multiple files. A message displays confirming that you want to close the selected files. This button is grayed out until at least one file is selected in the grid.
Clear Locks	Click this button to clear your own file locks from within the application. It is enabled only when any of the selected row contains locks that you created. Note: If there are no open locks or files, both the Close Files and Clear Locks buttons are disabled.
Close	Click to close the dialog box without making any changes.
