  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the IPMDAR Schedule Options Dialog Box

Use the fields and options to configure the IPMDAR Schedule Export Options dialog box.

Field Description
Project

This field displays the project that you are exporting.

Group Options Set

Use this field to select a saved group options set. The list includes all group options to which you have access. Group options include settings that can be applied to any project, such as source fields for task fields or custom fields.

Cobra Project

Use this field to select the Cobra project that Open Plan should use as the source for the Contract and Contractor metadata included in the IPMDAR. This field is required.

Export only calendars in use?

Select this option if you want to export only calendars that are referenced by activities, relationships, or resources. Clear this option if you want to export all the calendars in the project calendar file.

Export only resources in use?

Select this option if you want to export only resources that are referenced by activities. Clear this option if you want to export all resources in the project resource file.

Use escalated cost for Material, ODC, and Subcontract resources?

IPMDAR includes only the cost data for resources of Material, ODC, or Subcontract type. Select this option if you want Open Plan to unconditionally use escalated cost when calculating costs for material or non-labor resource assignments. Open Plan does not export costs for labor assignments. Clear this option if you want Open Plan to export resource assignment un-escalated costs.

Configure Activity Fields

Click this field to display the IPMDAR Configure Activity Fields dialog box to edit and configure activity fields.

Configure Custom Fields

Click this field to display the IPMDAR Configure Custom Fields dialog box to edit and configure custom fields.

Export File

Use this field to specify the IPMDAR file location to which you want to export the data.

Click to display the File Explorer and select the IPMDAR file location to which you want to export the data.

Append Month + Year to file name (MMMYY)

Select this option to append the current month and year to the selected file name. For example, SHIP Planning.zip becomes SHIP PlanningNOV19.zip. This is useful if you want to use the same file name every time you export because it makes the file name unique.
