Contents of the Export File Dialog Box

Use the fields and options to configure the Export File dialog box.

Field	Description
File name	Use this field to enter or select a file name to use for the exported file. You can enter the full name with the appropriate extension or you can enter the name and select a file type from the Save as type field. If you select an existing file, when you click Save, Open Plan asks whether you want to replace the existing file with the exported data.
Save as type	Use this field to control the type of files listed in the dialog box and a default extension for the file in the File name field.
