  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Edit Spread Curve Dialog Box

Use the fields and options to configure the Edit Spread Curve dialog box.

Field Description
Name

Open Plan uses the (single) character entered in this field to identify the spread curve.

If you enter a character that is already in use for another spread curve, Open Plan issues a warning when you click OK.

Description

This field allows you to specify a more descriptive name for the spread curve. Once defined, the spread curve is identified by both its Name and its Description.

You cannot leave this field blank. You must enter a description for the spread curve.

Cumulative

As you enter values in the grid, Open Plan recalculates the values and displays the current total in column 10 of the Cumulative row.

Incremental

The values in the Incremental row allow you to define the percentage to be applied to each specific period.

Buttons

The table below provides information about the buttons in this dialog box.

Button Description
Reconcile If you click the Reconcile button, Open Plan ensures that the value in column 10 of the Cumulative row equals 100%. If necessary, Open Plan redistributes the values in the remaining cells in such a manner as to honor your inputs to the extent that it is possible.
Access Control Clicking the Access Control button displays the Access Control dialog box, which lets you share this item with other users as needed.
