Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Field Description
Link to a new code file or replace an existing file (new code files are punctuated significant If you select this option, enter values in the Name, Description, and Prompt Text fields.
Link to an existing code file If you select this option, Open Plan enables the Add new values to code file and Don't add new values options as well as the ellipsis button.
  • If you select Add new values to code file, Open Plan adds any code values assigned to an activity in the import that is not in the selected file.
  • If you select Don’t add new values, Open Plan ignores any code values assigned to the activity in the import that is not in the selected file.
  • Clicking the ellipsis button displays a dialog box where you can select code files.
