Use this fields and options to configure the Calculated Fields dialog box.

Field Description
Display for

Use this field to filter the type of data you want to display in the [Results] box.

[Results]

This box displays a list of currently available calculated fields based on your selection in the Display for drop-down list. For example, if you select Activity from the list, the calculated fields that display relate to activities.

You can hover your mouse curser over a calculated field to display the field definition as a tool tip.

New

Click this option or select a calculated field and press Insert on your keyboard to display the New Calculated Field dialog box where you can create and define a new calculated field.

Copy

Click to create a copy of the calculated field that you selected in the [Results] box. The Calculated Field Expression dialog box displays, allowing you to edit the name and the calculated field criteria. By default, the name starts with "Copy."

Edit

Click to modify an existing calculated field. The Calculated Field Expression dialog box displays, allowing you to edit the name and the calculated field criteria.

Delete

Click this option or select a calculated field and press Delete on your keyboard to delete the selected calculated field. A message displays to confirm that you want to delete the calculated field that you selected.

Close Click this button to close the dialog box without making any changes to the calculated fields.
