Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Backup Dialog Box

Use the fields and options to configure the Backup dialog box.

Field Description
Check Items to Backup

Use this field to select the data you want to back up.

  • Click + to expand the data list for each category.
  • Select each item that you want to include in the backup file.
OK

Click when you have selected the items to back up. Open Plan displays the Save As window where you can edit the name of the backup file and select a file location.

Cancel

Click to close the dialog box without making any changes.

Select All

Click to select all items in the Check Items to Backup field. Open Plan automatically selects all items without expanding the categories.

Clear All

Click to clear all the items you have selected in the Check Items to Backup field.

Expand All

Click to expand all categories.

Help

Click to display the dialog box help topic.

Create Open Plan 3.3 Compatible Backup

Select this option to create a backup that you can restore in Open Plan 3.3. If this option is selected, files that are not compatible for Open Plan 3.3 backup will not be included. Review the backup log for the excluded items.
