Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Use this fields and options to configure the Automatic Scaling dialog box.

This field displays a list of scaling ranges as follows:

  • One Week
  • Two Weeks
  • One Month
  • Three Months
  • Entire Project
  • Custom
Custom

If you choose Custom from the Options field, Open Plan enables the From and To fields where you can define the custom range to be displayed.

Open Plan uses the settings you specify to calculate an appropriate time scale for the view. It then overwrites the settings on the Manual tab of the Date Scale Preferences dialog box with the calculated time scale.
