Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Collapse an Expanded Subproject (Spreadsheet View)

Use this procedure to collapse an expanded subproject.

To collapse an expanded subproject:

  1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in spreadsheet view.
  2. Take one of the following actions:
    • Click the outlining button next to the row. The outlining button displays either the "+" or "-" sign, depending on its state.
    • Select the subproject, and click Collapse on Data menu group of the Edit tab.
