Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Collapse All Subprojects (Network View)

Use this procedure to collapse all subprojects.

To collapse all subprojects:

  1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in network view.
  2. Take one of the following actions:
    • In the Data menu group of the Edit tab, click Collapse All.
    • Right-click the top level activity, and click Collapse on the shortcut menu.
