Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Change an Activity Duration in Bar Data Mode

Use this procedure to change an activity duration.

To change an activity duration in Bar Data mode:

  1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in barchart view.
  2. Using the mouse, position the cursor on the right edge of the activity bar.
  3. When the cursor changes to a single-headed arrow, stretch or shrink the bar to the desired length.
