And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria. Ex.system + administration
Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default. Ex.system administration
Add a Child Activity (Spreadsheet View)
When you add a child in a spreadsheet view, Open Plan automatically converts the parent activity into an internal subproject.
To add a child activity:
In the
Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in spreadsheet view.
Create an activity with an ID that indicates the desired parent/child relationship.
For example, to add a child to activity ACT01, create activities ACT01.01, ACT01.02, and so on.
