View Unsuccessful Attempts
Use these steps to view vendor remittance emails that Maconomy was unable to send successfully.
To view unsuccessful attempts:
- Under the Accounts Payable menu section, go to the Vendor Remittance Email Logs workspace.
- Click on Selection Criteria.
- Enter the payment number in the Payment No. field.
- Click Apply.
- Check the Show unsuccessful attempts checkbox to display vendor remittance emails that Maconomy was unable to send successfully.
