SubmitCustomer

This notification is used to inform users about the pending submission of customers.

It is triggered when:

• An approval hierarchy with multiple submission steps is created for customers.
• The preceding step is approved.
• A customer must be submitted for approval as part of the process.

This notification in turn triggers the Submit Customer To-Do.

Recipient

The Submit Customer To-Do is received by the following users:

• The user defined as the receiver of the notification after the approval specified in the approval hierarchy

Workspace

The Submit Customer To-Do directs the recipient/s to the Customers workspace.
