Project Lines

The project type can only be used on direct costs subbudgets.

The type cannot be manually specified, but the type is automatically specified when the user creates a new line on the Direct Costs subbudget.

Project lines work more or less as sum lines, wherein they simply sum up all direct cost lines attached to the project line.
