Pro Rata and Base Salary Rate Method Updates

The Pro Rata Method field for compensation agreements is not mandatory for all agreements.

It is only mandatory for agreements with a month-based time unit. The Pro Rata Method field on Compensation Agreement and the Base Salary Rate method on Compensation Model are only used to respectively calculate the gross pay and the base salary rate for agreements with a time unit measured in months. They have no impact on agreements with daily or hourly time units.
