MyPlan

To enable a more effective execution of activities and better resource management, employees are informed about assignments in a web-based front.

This can be embedded in the Maconomy Workspace Client and accessed standalone from a browser. Beginning with Maconomy 2.5.2, MyPlan is also made available as a dedicated workspace in the web client.

MyPlan enables employees to view the assignments and tasks that they need to complete.

Employees can also book themselves on projects, and those bookings flow into the corporate resource overview.
