Archiving Island

| Archive Entries Before Date
|
In this field, enter the date on which you want to stop including finance entries to be archived. Note that the value for this field can be overruled by the value set for the
Prevent Archiving of Previous Fiscal Years system parameter.

In these fields, enter a range of company numbers for those companies whose finance entries you want to archive.
