Courses Section of Learning Profile Screen

The Courses section of the Learning Profile screen displays the courses in which you are enrolled.

The Courses section displays the following columns:

Column	Description
Course	This is the name of the course. Click the name to see the Course Profile, which provides details about the course and the classes offered for the course.
Type	This is the type of the course: E-Learning, Instructor-led, or Read and Sign.
Next Class Date	This is the date the next class is available for the course.
Class Status	This is the current status of the class: Enrolling: Students can search for and enroll in the class. In Progress: The class is in session and students can search for and find the class, but cannot enroll if the add/drop date for the class has passed. Closed: Students can search for and find the class, but it is not open to enrollment.
Enrollment Status	This is your current enrollment status in the class: Enrolled: You have already enrolled in the course. Waiting for Manager Approval: Your enrollment is pending approval by your manager. Instructor Approval Required: Your enrollment is pending approval by your instructor.
Actions	This column displays the actions that can be taken for each item in the table, depending on the course type.

Actions

The buttons and icons in Courses Section of the Learning Profile screen perform the following functions.

Icon	Action	Description
	Drop Class	Click this icon to drop a class. On the dialog box, click OK to confirm.
	View Read and Sign Documents	Click this icon to view the Read and Sign documents.
	Launch E-Learning Course	Click this icon to launch the E-Learning Course.
