Project Budget and Estimate to Complete

Use the screens in the Project Budget and Estimate to Complete application group to create and update project budgets, and to perform global project budget updates using a percent complete value.

Manage Change Orders

Use this screen to enter and maintain change orders. Change orders are additions or reductions to the original scope of work specified in the contract. You can use them to track revisions caused by modifications in the project's scope of work.

Use this screen to create project budgets.

Mass Add Project Budgets

Use this screen to copy an existing project budget, or range of project budgets, and clone all or various parts (subtasks) of a project budget, or group of budgets, depending on the method chosen.

Update Incurred Costs for Project Budgets

Use this screen to update incurred costs for the selected projects and to update selected budgets with burden information for the selected fiscal period and year.

Update Project Budgets

Use this screen to update a project or a range of projects with the changes made in the subtasks of the Manage Project Budgets and ETC screen.

Compute Estimate to Complete

Use this screen to perform global project budget updates using a percent complete entered on this screen.

Create PSR Budget Report Tables

Use this screen to update the PSR budget report tables with the most current project information or to delete information in the PSR budget report tables.
