Costpoint Help

Advanced Project Budgeting

With Costpoint Advanced Project Budgeting, you can simultaneously create and maintain a budget for each project.

All costs including direct, labor, unit, and subcontractor can be burdened with indirect costs (fringe, overhead, general & administrative, and so forth) and use a specific multiplier to mark up these costs. You can create a baseline and a workplan budget for each project. You can easily track each project's original budget as the baseline and each revision as a new version of the project's workplan budgets.

Warning: Costpoint contains two budgeting modules: Advanced Project Budgeting and Budgeting and ETC. To maintain accurate budget amounts in Costpoint, use only ONE of these budgeting modules.
