Periods Subtask

Use this subtask of the G/L Inquiry Details subtask to display activity for each period. You can drill down from this subtask into the posting and transaction detail for individual period balances. The information on this subtask is only for the currently highlighted row on the G/L Inquiry Details subtask.

Field	Description
Org	This field displays the number of the selected organization from the row for which you are viewing period information.
YTD Balance	This field displays the year-to-date balance from the row for which you are viewing period information. This amount should equal the sum of the amounts in Period Activity Amount for all displayed periods.
Total Hours	This field displays the total of the hours displayed in the Period Hours column of the table window.
Total Amount	This field displays the total of the amounts displayed in the Period Activity Amount column of the table window.

Table Window

Field	Description
Pd	This column displays the period in which the activity was posted to the general ledger.
Period Activity Amount	This column displays the total currency amount for the period's activity.
Period Hours	This column displays the total number of hours for the period's activity, if applicable.
