G/L Inquiry Details Subtask
Use this subtask of the Details subtask to view general ledger transactions for each financial statement line.
It displays summary period amounts as well as year-to-date account balances.
To inquire detailed level per period, highlight the row for which you want to view period information and click the Periods subtask link. Note that the information that displays in the Periods subtask is related to the currently selected row in this subtask.

| Org |
This column displays the organization to which the transaction is posted. (If you specified an organization in your selection criteria, all rows are for the same organization. |
| Org Name |
This column displays the organization name. (If you specified an organization in your selection criteria, all rows are for the same organization. |
| YTD Balance |
This column displays the year-to-date balance, in your company's functional currency, for the combination of fiscal year, account, and organization. This amount is the sum of the values in the Beginning Balance and the Pd Activity Amt fields. |
| Beginning Balance |
This column displays the beginning balance, in your company's functional currency, for the combination of fiscal year, account, and organization. |
| Pd 1- Pd18 Activity Amt |
These columns display the total general ledger activity for each period in your company's functional currency. |
