Delete Settlement Journal Subtask
Use the Delete Settlement Journal subtask to delete an entire Settlement Journal or a batch of records in the journal.
This functionality works only for unposted journals.
Note: The feature for modifying or reversing posted settlement journals is under development and will be available in a future Costpoint release.
When you delete a group, the deleted Group No. can no longer be reused for that Settlement Journal. When you enter a new group, Costpoint iterates the last used group number and assigns it to the new group.
Delete Settlement Journal
Select settlement journal to delete

| Delete the entire Settlement Journal | Select this checkbox to delete the entire Settlement Journal. |
| Group No | Enter the group number of the records you want to delete. This field is enabled only if the Delete the entire Settlement Journal checkbox is cleared. |
