Contents of the View Citizenship Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the View Citizenship screen.

Selection Criteria

Field Description
Transaction Type
Use the options in this group box to select which types of transactions to include when selecting records for display in the retrieved records table.
  • Add Select this checkbox to include records that are Add transactions.
  • Delete Select this checkbox to include records that are Delete transactions.
  • Update Select this checkbox to include records that are Update transactions.

Identification

Field Description
Employee

Enter, or click to select, the ID for the employee whose records you wish to include in the record selection process. This is an optional field; if this field is left blank, Costpoint includes all employee in the search.

User

Enter, or click to select, the Costpoint Login ID for the user who is responsible for the modifications you wish to include in the records selection process. This is an optional field; if this field is left blank, Costpoint includes records regardless of who made the modifications.

Modified

Enter, or click to select, the date of the transaction modifications you want to include in the displayed output. This is an optional field; if this field is left blank, Costpoint includes records regardless of when the modifications were made. The format for date is MM/DD/YYYY.

Citizenship

Field Description
Transaction Type

The transaction type field displays the if the record has been added, deleted, updated or not changed.

Transaction Source

The transaction source field displays the application where the update to the audit record originated.

Modified By

The user ID for the person who modified the record.

Date Modified

The date the record was modified.

Employee ID

The employee ID for the record.

Employee Name

The employee name for the record.

Country

This field displays the code of the country in which the employee has an affiliation.

Country Name

This field displays the name of the selected country.

Citizen Status

This displays a code that defines the affiliation of employee with the selected country. You create citizen status codes on the Manage Citizen Status Codes screen.

Citizen Status Description

This field displays the description of the selected citizen status code.

National Identification Number

If applicable, this field displays the employee’s National Identification Number as assigned by the specified Country.

Effective Date

If applicable, this field displays the date when the employee’s citizen status became effective with the country.

End Date

If applicable, this field displays the date when the employee’s citizen status ended for the specified country.

Passport Number

If applicable, this field displays the number of the employee’s passport for the country.

Passport Issue Date

If applicable, this field displays the date when the employee’s passport was issued.

Passport Expiration Date

If applicable, this field displays the date when the employee’s passport was issued.

Notes

This field displays notes pertaining to the employee’s affiliation with the country.
