Plaid Integration Subtask

Use this subtask to integrate a Costpoint company bank account to a Plaid-supported bank account.

Note: The Bank Account Integration feature is available only in Costpoint Cloud.
Note: For Costpoint Cloud, you can choose to opt in to this feature for the Costpoint 8.2.15 release. The ability to opt in is temporary and will be removed when the feature becomes automatically enabled for all users as part of a future Costpoint release. See the Manage Opt-In Features topic for more information.

Information from this subtask is used to determine the Plaid-supported bank and account from which transactions will be downloaded and linked to a company bank account.

You can only link a company bank account to a Plaid-supported bank account after you have configured the integration between a Plaid-supported bank and Costpoint on the Manage Plaid Bank Accounts screen.

Field Description
Plaid Bank

Enter, or click to select, the Plaid-supported bank.

Plaid Account

Enter, or click to select, the Plaid-supported bank account from which transactions will be downloaded.

You can link a Plaid account only to a single company bank account.

Active for Integration

This checkbox indicates if the account has correct integration configuration and is ready for transaction download.

Last Successful Import

This field displays the latest date when transactions were downloaded successfully.
