T&E Manager Role

The T&E Manager Command Center helps people managers to easily view team availability, approve time and expenses, and stay on top of daily tasks all from a centralized dashboard.

As a T&E manager, you can use the Command Center to:

• View team schedules and calendars to understand availability based on leave status, pending leave requests, and holidays.
• Monitor current leave balances for team members to support proactive time-off planning and company policy compliance.
• Identify timesheets, expense reports, authorizations, leave requests, and correction requests that require your approval.
• Access essential reports directly from the dashboard.

To access the T&E Manager Command Center, you must be assigned to the CC__TE_MGR user group using the Manage Users application.
