Inquiry Screens
The following inquiry screens have subtasks that you can use to view multi-state tax information:
- View Payroll Edit Table — Use the State Taxes subtask to track additions, updates, and deletions from the State Taxes subtask of the Manage Payroll Records screen. Open the Pay Types subtask and click the State Pay Types link to open the State Pay Types subtask, which tracks additions, updates, and deletions for gross wages by withholding states and pay types.
- View Employee Earnings — Use the State Taxes subtask to access the audit trail that is maintained for details related to earnings and labor cost amounts, summarized by withholding state. Open the Pay Types subtask and click the State Pay Types link to open the State Pay Types subtask and view the audit trail that is maintained for details related to earnings and labor cost amounts, summarized by state pay type code.
- View Employee Taxes — Use the Multi-State Tax Inquiry subtask to view information from the Multi-State Taxes subtask of the Manage Employee Taxes screen.
