  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Code (Line 1 - 5) Enter the previously reported box 14 code for line 1 - 5. If you will add a new box 14 code, leave this code as blank because it does not exist in the previously reported box 14 codes and populate its corresponding amount with 0.00.
Amount (Line 1 - 5)

Enter the previously reported box 14 amount for line 1 - 5. If you will add a new box 14 code, leave the corresponding code as blank because it does not exist in the previously reported box 14 codes and populate this amount with 0.00.
