Manage SUTA Quarterly Reporting Data

Use this screen to enter additional data that needs to be submitted with the Quarterly SUTA Tax File.

If you are required to add additional data, complete and save the changes before you run the Create Quarterly SUTA Tax File screen. For information regarding the specific requirements for your state unemployment tax reporting, please contact the appropriate State Government Office.

The payroll year, quarter, and employee combination that you enter on this screen must be unique.

Note: Beginning with SUTA reports due on or after July 1, 2012, the Florida Department of Revenue (DOR) requires that private employers with a contract to provide services to a governmental or nonprofit educational institution must separately identify the wages paid to employees who performed such services. If you are required to provide this information, you must use this screen to list the employees who performed governmental or nonprofit services and enter corresponding amount of wages paid in the Florida Educational Wages field.
