  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Resource Breakpoints Subtask

Use this subtask to set up breakpoints information for the resource.

Field Description
Breakpoint Quantity

Enter the resource quantity (hours) for which the vendor will prepare a quote. This is the quantity (hours) for the resource, for which a quote is requested.  Initially, upon save, system will default to a value = Total Hours if you do not manually add rows.  After this, changing the hours for the resource will not automatically modify the Quantity Breakpoint (warning provided). If the resource total hours is changed to 0, automatically delete the corresponding breakpoint rows, upon save.

Net Unit Cost

Enter the quoted net unit cost for the specified minimum quantity. This is the net unit cost for the resource breakpoint quantity in the transaction currency.

Func Curr Net Unit Cost

This field displays the equivalent net unit cost for the resource breakpoint quantity in the functional currency.

Vendor Lead Time

Enter the quoted lead time (in days) for the specified quoted minimum quantity. This is the number of days it generally takes for the vendor to provide the item.

Update Part Lead Time

Select this check box to have the resource’s purchasing lead time updated with the quoted lead time. This is only a screen option, and is not saved in the database.

Autoload

Select this button to load the minimum resource breakpoint quantity for the resource.
