Period Subtask (Acct\Org Charges)

Use the Period subtask to view the periods in which the account/organization was charged, and the hours and dollars charged to the account/organization/period combinations, for the selected employee.

Field Description
Employee

This field displays the employee ID. The employee name is displayed to the right of the employee ID.

Fiscal Year

This field displays the fiscal year for the information displayed.

Account

This field displays the specific General Ledger account selected on the Account/Organization Charges subtask of the View Employee Labor Inquiry screen.

Organization

This field displays the specific organizations selected on the Account/Organization Charges subtask.

Field Description
Period

This field displays the period in which this account/organization combinations were charged.

Amount

This field displays the dollar amounts charged to the associated account/organization/period.

Hours

This field displays the hours charged to the associated account/organization/period.

Timesheet Click this link to open the Timesheet subtask, which displays the timesheet charges related to this account/organization/period combination.
