Manage Change Requests
Human Resources (HR) managers can use this screen to view and approve/reject the change requests.
HR managers will be able to view the new data against the original data in side by side comparisons to allow them to easily view the changes. HR managers will only be able to change the Status field and the Notes field in this application.
If you enable email notifications on the Configure Team Management Settings screen, the application will send an email notification to the change request manager when a status changes.
Note: HR managers must have employee IDs associated with their user IDs if they opt to have email notifications upon change. The managers and HR managers must also have email accounts associated with their Employee IDs.
