Other Addresses Subtask

Managers use this subtask to view additional addresses or contact information of their direct/indirect reports.

The information on this subtask loads from the Additional Addresses subtask of the Manage Employee Information screen.

Field Description
Type

This field displays the category of additional address or contact information. Valid values are:

  • Emergency Contact 1
  • Emergency Contact 2
  • Home
  • Office
  • Other
  • Overseas
  • Temporary
Line 1 This field displays the first line of the address.
Line 2

This field displays the second line of the address.

Line 3

This field displays the third line of the address.

City

This field displays the city of the address.

State/Province

This field displays the state or province of the address.

Postal Code

This field displays the postal code of the address.

Country

This field displays the country of the address.

Change Request Action This field displays the type of action completed for the change request.
Change Request Status This field displays status for the change request, if applicable.
Status Date This field displays the change request status date.
Notes This field displays the comments made by the human resources manager and manager.
