Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Reports & Analytics Domain

Use the modules available in the Reports & Analytics domain to establish your settings and view applications in Costpoint BI, Dashboards, and Analytics.

Module Application Functions
Business Intelligence
  • Gives access to the Business Intelligence (BI) application.
  • Generates BI reports, dashboards, data sets, workspaces, and active reports using Cognos.
Dashboards
  • Gives access to dashboards that display information specific to a role.
  • Includes a screen that displays approval tasks assigned to the logged in user.
Analytics
  • Gives access to the Costpoint Analytics (CpA) application.
  • Generates CpA reports.
BI Configuration
  • Lets you set BI settings such as enabling model security.
