Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Create a Login PIN

You can use a four-digit personal identification number (PIN) to log in to Costpoint on your mobile device if your company has enabled authentication login for a PIN instead of a password.

Note: PIN authentication is not available for GovCon Cloud Moderate customers.

To create the login PIN:

  1. Tap the Costpoint icon on your mobile device.
  2. On the Login screen, enter your login credentials.
  3. Tap Log In.
  4. When prompted, enter a four-digit PIN code.
  5. Re-enter the PIN code to confirm.

The next time you log in, Costpoint will prompt you to enter your PIN.

Note: If you enter an incorrect PIN three times, Costpoint will prompt you to log in with your user name and password.
Note: The Use PIN check box is selected by default. If you do not want to use this functionality, select the Skip PIN setup check box when asked to set up the PIN at login.
